1. Definitions

• Customer: The individual or company requesting services.
• Service Provider: Goring MOTs or any of its representatives.
• Vehicle: The car, truck, or any other motor vehicle brought in for services.

2. Scope of Work

• The Service Provider agrees to perform body repair, paintwork, and related services as outlined in the agreed estimate.
• Any additional work or changes to the initial estimate must be authorized in writing by the Customer.

3. Estimates

• All estimates are valid for 30 days from the date of issuance.
• The estimate is subject to change if additional damage is discovered once repairs commence.
• A revised estimate will be provided for any additional work required.

4. Payments

• Full payment is due upon completion of the work unless otherwise agreed in writing.
• We accept payment via cash, credit/debit card, or bank transfer.
• Late payments may incur a surcharge of [specify rate] per day.

5. Warranty

• We provide a [specify duration, e.g., 12-month] warranty on all workmanship and materials used.
• The warranty covers defects in workmanship and materials but excludes normal wear and tear, damage from accidents, or misuse.

7. Vehicle Storage

• The Service Provider is not responsible for any personal items left in the vehicle during the repair process.

8. Liability

9. Collection of Vehicles
